Do Bhai Photoshoot Booking Terms and Conditions



1. Booking and Payment:

• a. Booking Confirmation: Your photoshoot session with Do Bhai will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable booking fee of [Specify amount or percentage].


• b. Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot, prior to the session commencing. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of the shoot.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation:

4. Image Delivery and Usage:

• b. Ownership: Do Bhai retains full ownership and copyright of all images. Do Bhai reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online portfolios and social media.

6. Client Cooperation:

• a. Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with Do Bhai and follow instructions to ensure the success of the photoshoot.


• b. Wardrobe and Props: The client is responsible for providing any desired wardrobe, props, or accessories unless otherwise agreed upon with Do Bhai.

7. Liability:

• a. Liability: While every effort will be made to capture high-quality images, Do Bhai is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the outcome of the photoshoot, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment malfunction, or acts of nature.


• b. Damage: The client is responsible for any damage caused to equipment or property during the photoshoot resulting from negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Confidentiality:

• a. Confidentiality: Do Bhai agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not share any personal or sensitive information without prior consent.

9. Governing Law:

• a. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify jurisdiction].
