Where are you based?
We are based in Dubai, Islamabad, and now in Qatar too, but we do travel all across the world to capture your lovely moments.
How much in advance do we need to book you?
We usually get fully booked for weekends in the early months of the year so we recommend you to contact us 7-8 months prior to your wedding dates.
How to book you?
There’s a booking form provided in the Booking tab you can fill that out for us and our team will get back to you within a week.
How heavy should be our pockets?
We do tailor the package according to your requirements and the scale of the event. So the package is customizable starting from 200k per day which covers all aspects of your event.
Can you travel for our wedding?
Yes! Even if your wedding is in Antarctica
What are your deliverables?
Our standard package includes raw photos, two albums, and one wedding film. Raw photos will be delivered within one week. Albums will be delivered in two months after client selection. Film will be delivered within four months.
How do we receive our data?
We deliver all the data through google drive. You can also get all the raw data on your personal hard drive.
How long are your films?
In our fast-paced lives team Do Bhai tries to make films that are mainly focused to cover all the aspects of the event in the shortest period of time. The duration of films is totally dependent on the scale of your event but mainly we offer one film of duration 10-15 mins. We believe that the films we make should be watchable over and over again on any occasion with your friends and family.
How big is your crew?
Our packages are according to your requirements so is our crew. We have a great team of ten people with each trained in the same style and given designated roles. This helps us to capture your special moments in the best way possible.
Can we hire another team along with you?
We do recommend you to hire one team at your event so that team can work in a comfortable environment and be responsible for the whole event but even if you want to book another team along with us we would prefer that you designate separate roles to each team.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Since each scenario is unique so we try to work out the best possible solution.
The advance payment will only be refundable in case of any natural calamity or financial crisis. In case of cancellation, the advance will not be refundable. For rescheduling, you will be charged 20% of the offered package.
